June 11th is National Corn on the Cobb Day here in America. We like to celebrate all kinds of things, apparently.
I'm not quite sure why this is scheduled so early in the summer. It's a little early for corn; it's not typically at its peak until later in the summer. But now you can plan ahead. Grab the few ingredients you'll need now, and when the season hits, all you'll need is the corn. I'll drop a recipe below.Â
