Hey friends,
I love these quirky celebrations I'm finding in regular weeks. Friday, June 17th, is National Apple Strudel Day here in America. While I'm sure it will mostly go unnoticed, I couldn't let it go so quickly.
Sure, Americans are crazy about apple pie in the summer (okay, always), but apple strudel is really something else. I mean, you can eat it for breakfast. What's not to love?
