This week was…well it was just okay. But - music has often been a bright spot in my life and this week was no exception. Every time I was not motivated to do laundry or walk the dog I would throw on this playlist and just get-it-done!
It’s a playlist of all female artists. Some songs are total pop, others have some grit, or just flat-out rock. I hope you dig it and it gets you motivated to do some chores or just shake your booty.

This week I also ran out of my very favorite honey from Tucson. Eeek! I put honey in my coffee every day so I needed to order more, asap. The company is called True Love Honey and it is really good! I know, it’s honey, no big deal - but if you’re in the mood for some truly amazing honey, this is the place. They have a desert-blend, cat claw, wildflower, etc. I always order like 3 jars so I can try different stuff. Check them out!
They are also a small, local business. I just got an email from the owner thanking me for being a repeat customer. I mean c’mon…so cool. (Also - that is not an ad, it’s a genuine recommendation. Maybe some day I can talk my way into some free honey but it hasn’t happened yet).
I’ll be working all weekend which is alright with me. Some kids get to go back to school for a couple days so everyone is freaking out - shopping with gusto! I love it. And I get two days off mid-week when everyone is stuck working or in school. That’s the best part of retail if you ask me…everywhere I go on my days off are not crowded. Score!
I hope you have a great weekend, whatever you are doing. Throw on that playlist, get your groove on, and order some honey while you’re at it. (That honey is also ridiculous over ice cream, just sayin’. And if you don’t eat dairy…consider Nada Moo. Also, not an ad). Okay…peace everyone.
