It’s so hot here.
The temperature and the humidity have been on the rise. I’ve been heading to the beach once a week, and yesterday was a scorcher. The beach was packed, but watching the kids freak out about being at the beach was fun.Â
This tiny five-year-old ran toward the water faster than any other kid. She screamed after her brother, her floppy hat exaggerated by her tiny frame.
These kids proceeded to haul water back to their spot on the sand so they could construct sand castles. I think that was the plan.Â
Whatever it was, they were laser-focused.Â
