I know we were just talking about this the other day, but to really see how it is laid out is mind blowing. I would have LOVED to work for a company with this type of structure.

There's even more, Kit. Zara's owner is a multimillionaire who started from zero in his town. He goes to the office every day, talks to everybody in the office, and sits down in a corner to do some work. Nothing fancy. He just loves what he does. His daughter is now running the business and he made her start from zero in the company working in all the different roles. It's old-school entrepreneurship.

Also, Zara has not many stores. Only one or two per city, but always always in one of the best locations of the city (like the 5th avenue in New York) so for me it's even more shocking that they listen to their customers. Somehow, in the posh areas of cities, clients have to adapt to the fashion, not the other way around.
